Hello, my name is Gail,  a Certified Nutritional Therapist Practitioner and main visionary of this wellness service.

I'm certified thru the Nutritional Therapy Association in Olympia, WA. 

My passion and mission is to educate and support your health and wellness goals. Since 2002 I've hosted wellness workshops in the continuing education department at a community college, churches and community centers in Washington state. I look forward in meeting and discussing plans to help you become healthier, happier and well.

This is a wellness education service for anyone that has a health need or a desire to be informed in wellness education. We do not attempt to replace your doctor's care or offer medical treatment and advice.

We specialize in meal planning, nutrition education and support, supplement recommendations, shopping tips, functional evaluations and more.
